Sharing is caring!

getting organized is a goal for many, however, knowing where to start or how to get there can be a challenge.

Attack the trash

Trash typically is at least 20-30% of the mess.

Getting rid of garbage or papers or any cardboard will free up space.

Utilize homework trays for paper and mail

Important papers you need to keep around like bills or school papers should go in trays that are easily accessible

Assign a home for everything

Having a specific area for each type of thing in your home like shoes or Tupperware will make for a more organized space.

Create a routine

Have a schedule that works best for you, being organized means way more than the stuff in your house.

Get rid of old things

Donate all those old shoes you forgot that they have been sitting in the closet for the last two years.

Having a clean organized home is a sanity saver to say the least.

nothing is worse than coming home to an unorganized messy house on top of being a stressed out mom with a million things on the to do list.

Don’t get discouraged if you can’t tackle it all in one day, I know I can’t.
